Your grass is greener than you think. Envy is a great big zero.  It adds nothing to what you already have.  It only detracts.  Instead of wasting your energy saying "If, if if," take stock of what you possess.  Your friends.  Your accomplishments.  Your pleasure in everyday life.  Add them up.  Could it be that your neighbor envies you?
